A Recent Experience

HI Everyone;

Well after my recent tirade and expose’ on getting properly fitted.  I was fortunate enough to be introduced and meet someone new.

Comically enough, he and his wife Brooke own a stand alone golf shop and Kyle is not just a club fitter.  Kyle is a Master Club fitter and a custom club builder.  And…Kyle has numerous awards for being Club fitter of the year.  Kyle and Brooke are amazing to say the least.  I am lucky fortunate and grateful to have met and made some new friends.

From a professional standpoint…other than doing all of my own personal club building,  I have only ever allowed five people work on my clubs over my entire career.  Why, I they all wanted to build a club for me for what they saw as my swing could handle.  All the time, informing me, that there was no way possible I could generate enough club head speed in order to move the ball forward with any effective distance.

Oooooooooooo boy were they wrong.  I went onto Kyle’s shop and we talked.  Two days later he did a fitting on me, quite frankly it was the most professional fitting I have ever had from anyone…including manufacturers and tour vans.  I am here at Kyles shop now, I stopped in to thank him…again.

In my next issue and blog post here, I will Have kyle do the entry and tell you in his own words exactly what he found.  Needless to say I think you’ll be very very surprised.  Keep in mind something here.  I am 52 years old.  And finally after all this time I have found a Professional Master Club fitter, that I have faith and total trust in.  As far as I am concerned, he is Zeus of the Golf World for club fitting and building.  In the mean time.
